Sydney Smith

Sydney has had a passion for houses and their design from a young age. Growing up in Marshall County in the Kentucky Lakes subdivision, she spent countless days exploring lakefront properties and newly constructed properties with her father who was a residential contractor. Sydney grew up immersed in the world of homebuilding, and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in the home industry.

Throughout college she worked alongside a local interior designer in Murray, learning the ins and outs of interior design and space planning while further fueling her dream to help others find or create their perfect space. 

Sydney is thrilled to combine her lifelong passion for houses, their design, and the people who make it a home, in the real estate industry. She is eager to be doing what she loves while helping the people of western Kentucky find their forever home.
